Digital Shootout in Bonaire 2022
The Digital Shootout is a two-week underwater photography workshop for learning underwater camera equipment, shooting techniques and editing. It's organized by Backscatter, the large photography equipment distributer and its staff was constantly present to help with equipment, to answer questions and generally provide help. There was demo equipment available and I tried out a 60 mm macro lens for my Olympus E-PL10 camera along with a Backscatter mini-strobe and "snoot" that focused the light in a small circle to highlight the critter being photographed. It was an amazing event that I hope to keep attending each year.
